Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your order, but if for any reason you’re not fully happy, here’s how returns work:

✿ Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (photos may be requested as proof to prevent scams).

Returns must be requested before sending any items back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Please note: Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping fee.

✿ Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away at elira.co.fashion@gmail.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll review the issue and make it right.


✿ Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Perishable goods (such as flowers or food)
  • Beauty or personal care products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

✿ Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a new item is to return the item you have (following the steps above). Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


✿ European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must still be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.


✿ Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.


Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
